Diana Apartments

Literally everything. Hosts are very kind, always at disposal. Super clean place, big garden, nice apartments with comfy beds, beachfront area shaded with palm trees, private (rocky) access to the clear sea for snorkeling and swimming. This place is just perfect for couples. This was our 2nd time here, and surely not the last.

There is no such a thing.

The semi private beach was REALLY nice to have. The water was crystal clear and refreshing. About half an hour to Heraklion was perfect for us.

The shower could be a bit messy.

Wonderful place! So beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Just you and the sea. No other sounds than waves. Amazing view, small secluded rocky beach with crystal clear water. Would be hard to find more relaxing place. At the same time, it's just 5 min walk to the public beach with shops and plenty of restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. The owners are so kind and caring. We're grateful for the wonderful experience and we shall return again in the future!

The private cove was one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. This is a magical location shared with only a few people staying at Diana’s. The room had everything needed but wasn’t fancy. The decor was dated but who cares? The setting was quiet and amazing. We felt fortunate to have discovered this secret special place. The written communication regarding check in, transportation and parking was speedy and clear. Eleni, who was on site,was very sweet and helpful. She let me know immediately after we had checked out that I had left my Kindle behind and waited for me to retrieve it. It was a short 5 minute walk to tavernas and groceries. The beach in town was busy so we felt all the more how lucky we were to have our little private cove.

Everything was fine but be forewarned that it is helpful to have water shoes with a good tread as it is a steep rocky path down to the water. Also you need a bit of flexibility and strength to get out of the water onto the rocky ledge. I am 69 and it was fine. There were some small footholds in the rocks and I grabbed onto the rocks to pull myself out.

It is very quiet and comfortable with a very good view and outstanding beach.

Amazing views, a small private beach (I went snorkeling!), everything was great! We stayed a few times and enjoyed the lower levels more because they had direct access to the patio. One of the best price/quality ratios we found in Crete!

It's sad that there are abandoned buildings across the bay, disturbing the view... I noticed those ruins have been there for a long time. They're asking 4 million euros if you're interested:D

One of the most beautiful views from a balcony I have ever seen, especially for this price, it’s amazing and the location is perfect. You have a private “beach” you can snorkel and swim and relax. The place is clean, the maid does an amazing job everyday. The kitchen is stacked as well.

The biggest problem are the small red ants, the positives are plenty about this place but they were everywhere in the kitchen if you leave any sort of food, even if it’s packaged. And the worst part is that they are on your bed as well, some even crawl on you. Unfortunately it wasn’t pleasant but still an amazing place.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. It is great value for money, with its own private swimming spot at the bottom of the property. The view is so relaxing. The staff are friendly and keep the place spotless. Will definitely be back!
