Well located, spacious and had all the necessities to make our stay comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and nice, they were available for any help or support for the duration of our stay.

am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and disappointment with the booking experience and accommodation provided by [Company/Organization Name] during my recent stay. The series of incidents and the appalling conditions encountered severely compromised the quality of our stay and left an enduring negative impression. Firstly, our attempt to add an additional person to the booking was met with egregious delays. The lack of timely communication regarding the associated charges prevented us from making informed decisions earlier, resulting in a missed opportunity to secure a more suitable accommodation within your establishment. Upon arrival at the airport, the absence of anyone to facilitate our transportation was utterly disconcerting. The lack of internet access compounded this issue, making communication impossible. Despite the unforeseen circumstances due to an involved party’s accident, the absence of a backup plan or alternate arrangements reflected a significant oversight on your part. The accommodation itself was far from satisfactory. The basement setting without natural light, coupled with non-functional amenities such as malfunctioning air conditioning, missing bed linen and towels, and persistent foul odors, significantly marred the experience. The delayed responses to our concerns and the suggestion to relocate due to another guest’s impending arrival only exacerbated the situation. Furthermore, the discovery of a rat trap and evidence of rodent activity in the accommodation’s kitchen, including the distressing incident of our food being tampered with, posed serious health and safety concerns. This, combined with the unprofessional and inadequate handling of our grievances, points to a severe lack of maintenance and care within your property. In conclusion, the overall experience was far below the standard expected from an accommodation provider of your stature.

Good location, far from main road (no traffic, no noise), not far from the beach road. You can cook and eat on the kitchen. I like this place
