Very nice view and an authentic feeling about the entire place. We enjoyed chatting on the terrace admiring the view in the evening. I loved the fact that I actually felt as a guest in someone's home, it was personalized and full of details, making for a more interesting stay than an average hotel room. The owner was clearly very fond of welcoming people into his home, and he was friendly in a nice way.

I wouldn't say it bothered us in any way for a one-night stay, but the place is not ideal for longer stays with young children, as it's not quite baby-proofed in terms of beautiful details, glass cabinets etc. Despite that, we had a great stay, and it could work just fine if you don't spend too long time indoors.

The view is stunning and the host is very friendly.

The stairs are quite steep

Great view, the apartment is well-equipped, and the host is very welcoming. It has a TV with many channels in many different languages e.g. in Czech.

On the 2nd floor with steep stairs, which could be a problem for someone with limited mobility. The host lives downstairs, so when you go from the living room to the toilet or to the bedroom you cross the stairs, which lead straight to the host's apartment, which again could be a problem for someone who wants full privacy, but that wasn't a problem for us.
