De gunstige ligging in het centrum. Alles onder loop-bereik. Er is een lift in het appartement. Het appartement is compact en zeer volledig uitgerust. De bedden liggen prima. Het balkon heeft voldoende ruimte om aangenaam buiten te zitten. En heeft een stopcontact.

De slaapkamer is wat kleiner. Hierdoor kunnen de bedden, die zelf goed zijn, niet tegen elkaar aan staan.
