"Grosse déception"

Pas grand-chose.

Le décalage entre l'annonce et la réalité. Cette tiny house est située dans une sorte de trou, à l'arrière d'un bâtiment en contrebas au niveau d'un sous-sol donnant sur l'arrière. L'endroit est en mauvais état et ressemble à un lieu de débarras, pas très propre, un jardin abandonné. C'est franchement glauque.

"Für unsere Zwecke hat es gereicht!"

Die Lage war für uns günstig um nach Garmisch Partenkirchen und Füssen zu kommen! Ausblick vom Balkon war schön

Dusche und Dachfenster, sowie ungenügender Fernsehempfang(nicht mal geladene Batterien in der Fernbedienung)

Die Lage ist gut und relativ zentral um beliebte Orte in Bayern zu erreichen.

Das Objekt ist nicht gut gepflegt, die Wohnung war nicht ganz sauber und auch der Balkon und die Terrasse wirkten vernachlässigt. Dafür wiederum war der Preis okay.

Etwas abgewohnt und lieblos eingerichtet. Einige Dinge müssten erneuert werden, z.B. Matratzen, Duschvorhang, Klobürste.

"Ottimo qualità prezzo ma necessita un pò più di igiene"

La posizione, la terrazza ampia anche se trascurata interno dell'appartamento è stato ristrutturato, parcheggio privato, il silenzio pace e tranquillità

Il bagno anche se rimodernato la tenda da togliere assolutamente non pulita assieme il tappetino della doccia e gli asciugamani. La carta igienica e il bagnoschiuma non sufficienti per una settimana di soggiorno. Le lenzuola non odoravano di pulito
