Craigavon Cottage

Craigavon Cottage was very warm, cozy and inviting. A relaxing place to hang out after a full day of enjoying the beautiful area.

The position to Glen Coe.. it was very quiet and the owner was friendly and helpful.

Some of the kitchen utensils were broken, chipped and could have been replaced eg small saucepan lid broken, baking trays very dirty couldn't face using them.

Was extremely cosy and well laid out. A nice little home from home for the weekend

The location was superb

This was a comfortable cottage for a short break in Ballachulish. I didn't meet the hosts in person but they left a welcome pack, which was very good, and they checked how things were by text message. Kitchen was well equipped.

Had to cross a main road for access (by foot). Limited views and nowhere to sit outside.

Warm, stylish, comfortable place in a perfect location. Definitely recommend!

Standard older lockset didn't work, needing replacing, but the kind hostess who lives right next door to the right was able to work the mortise lock and said it would be fixed. Walk to the right, around the home and to the loch. Sit and ponder the universe in privacy. Gorgeous. This is a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and clearly loved. I'd return in a heartbeat.

There is a bit of road noise which dies down. I didn't find it easily but the hostess is available.

Views and location were great.

Noise from the upper floor was constant and loud.
