Cleanliness ,location , comfy bed, great shower ,loads of hot water, washing machine, kitchen facilities modern , morning sun on balcony ,air con , allowed us to store luggage for a late flight,

No place to sit except on 2 wicker chairs on balcony needs a 2 seater couch badly Small balcony , no English channels , (would be reluctant to go back unless seating problem is sorted ) also front of building has had building work started and not completed and looks awful
