"Needed break, but didn't meet our needs."

The room was fine and the communication when needed was excellent.

Was advertised as having a pool to use while we were there. However when we arrived the pool was out of use the whole stay. I feel booking.com should have let me know about this before I booked as I would have looked elsewhere. I feel I should be adequately reimbursed due to this false advertising.
