Apartment was in an ideal location, modern and clean and perfect size for my family. Would recommend staying here.

Check in was not ideal, Host was running late. We had 2 sets of keys, only 1 with stair door fob, also did not have fob to get in gate which meant my 54 yr old husband had to jump a wall to let us in, not ideal! HH Host advised us she was waiting on the fob and would send me a phone number to call to get in, still waiting on the number!!! Also socket in single room still hanging off wall

The location was excellent. Just a short walk to the centre of Arroyo de la Miel, the train station and Paloma Park. Lots of great bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and just approx 15 minutes walk to Bonanza Square or the beachfront bars. Very spacious apartment, quiet complex and super comfy beds.

There was nothing we didn't like. The decor and facilities are more on the basic side, the apartment slept 6 people but only 4 cups and glasses etc, but everything was clean and tidy and it was excellent value for money for the new year period.

location is perfect, very comfortable for family of 5 people! 😊

Just my bed was a bit hard, but some people like.😊

The apartment itself was very well equipped, it was clean and comfortable. Hostess Beatrix ensured we had everything we needed and communication was good.

We went to the pool , there were no chairs or sunloungers to use and had to out towels on the grass, the grass had a lot of Cat faeces on it as there seemed to be a few stray cats in the area. So was unable to use the pool. However the pool itself looked clean.
