Benalbeach Casa Kito Suite 1ª Línea de playa

It is a studio apartment with lots of room for us. We had everything needed for us to stay there for about a week. With just one message, the host attended for the favor I requested which made our life easier when traveling back.

No facilities for early arrivals although told on email there would be We had to pay €5 to store 2 cabin bags for 2 hours in a shop on site then nothing on sunday the apartment was advertised as king deluxe The bed was slightly bigger than a single so the settee had to be used but the hotel had no sheets or pillows to use i feel this apartment is falsely advertised and it completely ruined our stay as we were there to celebrate our birthdays , the owner of the apartment was very unhelpful and unprofessional just shrugging his shoulders and walking away i wouldn't mind if it was budget but we paid £150 for a 4 star king delux apartment which It definitely was not

The slides were not open which was disappointing as had been one of the reasons we booked. The rooms were tiny.

The rooms were very clean very spacious.

Location was very good. Right next to Paloma Park. Easy access to beach and bus stops. Apartment was clean on arrival. Alberto was very good at sorting everything for me. Didn't use the pool this time but it looked very nice.

The property is not well insulated as regards noise from neighbours apartments, which is quite normal for spanish properties. Also, there should be much larger signs up saying to not make noise in the corridors at night when people are trying to sleep. Not everyone goes to bed after midnight. They have too much to drink and then shout along the corridors with no consideration for others. The kitchen is very small with no room to prepare food. Plates, cups and glasses, etc very high up for short persons.

Recently renovated, good space, helpful service
