Our apartment was spotlessly clean we had lovely welcome pack on arrival. Beds very comfortable .our host Vardhui met us on arrival lovely friendly lady .we were supplied with toilet roll shower gel shampoo to last our stay also supplied with pool towels..apartment. so central to everything .The pool was lovely comfy sunbed.can't wait to go back next year ..

There was maintenance work going on at the apartment which was a little noisy at times and the dirt from work was in the pool.

Vard the host was very helpful and nice. The apartment was not luxurious but was comfortable and clean with extras like kitchen towels, salt, pepper etc. that you would normally expect to go to the supermarket for. Access to the coast was good as was a decent size supermarket. Large balcony. There was a nice bar at the apartments called the Ananas bar.

Our first impressions were disappointing as they were painting and tidying up the apartments which was needed, however it didn't overly disrupt us. Although there were lots of bars and restuarants just a 10 minute walk unfortunately it was frequented by too many drunken people. Sadly the mattresses on the beds were too hard resulting with us waking up every day with back ache (although I am sure they were quite new). The shower layout was awkward to use.

Nous sommes arrivés le 20 février pour un séjour de 28 jours. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Vard qui nous attendait pour nous montrer notre appartement. Un coup de cœur en arrivant, la véranda entièrement vitrée qui offre une vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée. Idem pour la sortie arrière qui donne sur les montagnes et la mer.

Le 25 février, une immense grue est venue s’installer au pied de l’immeuble pour des travaux de réfection. Ils ont commencé par laver l’immeuble, ce qui a eu pour effet de salir les vitres de la véranda qui étaient très propres à notre arrivée. Et bien sûr, comme nous l’avons constaté dans les messages précédents, l’immeuble est situé en haut d’une côte, assez abrupte par endroits.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Very good location - close to the promenade, the sea, and shops. Clean and comfortable. We visited the apartment in February - the enclosed balcony allowed us to enjoy warm mornings and evenings without the annoying wind. Vard, our host, was very kind. Communication was smooth. Secure parking behind a gate with a remote control. I highly recommend it!

Vard was lovely and helpful when we checked in. The apartment was well furnished and very clean. There were plenty of towels and she had provided us with some water, Coke and cakes which was much appreciated. The beds and the settee were very comfortable as was the balcony furniture. It was lovely to have the closed in balcony as a couple of days it was sunny but cold and windy so sitting on the balcony with the windows closed was heaven. The location was perfect for us, a short 20 min walk to the train station and about a 15 min walk down to the beach. It was a quiet location even though there were a couple of bars underneath. We had a fabulous Christmas holiday and wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again next time we come to Benalmadena
