Ideal location, easy to check in. Very clean and well equipped with essentials

The mattress on the bed was a little uncomfortable but fine for a 2 day stay.

No está mal para una estancia corta. Una ventaja adicional es que hay dos aires acondicionados: uno en el salón y otro en el dormitorio. En invierno hacía bastante calor. Bonitas vistas a las montañas desde el balcón.

Cucarachas :) Pero esto es típico de España, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que el edificio Agata es antiguo. No es culpa de propietario. Lo único que sugeriría es cambiar el mensaje automático de bienvenida tras la reserva. Suena grosero y intimidante... :D

The location is great and situated right near the centre of arroyo and a short walk to the beach. On arrival some nice condiments were left and access to WiFi was easy and understandable. Clear instructions prior to arrival were also given.

A very strong musky/damp smell throughout the apartment, which was worse in the main bedroom and on the balcony. This smell was present on all bedding and towels, and resulting in me sleeping in the lounge area. This has been raised as an issue in previous reviews over the years which is a worry what it has not been resolved. A number of cockcroahes were observed at night in the bathroom and kitchen area. The shower ran hot for only a short period of time, then gradually became colder and colder.
