Was amazing entrance and clean, everything on site although did not find supermarket till last day 🤦🏼‍♀️ but other than that EXCELLENT… the apartment was very nice although no plugs for sink in bathroom but again excellent 👍

The pool area is amazing. We have stayed in different apartments in the benal Beach many times, and this was the worst. The photos of the ants don't do it justice...they were everywhere. The bathroom. The kitchen counter. The cutlery drawer. Behind the washing machine. All over the fridge. It was payment up front when booking, I now know why, its because you wouldn't pay in full apon departure.

There was an infestation of ants. Every time we came back into the apartment, they we everywhere. There was no change of towels or cleaning midweek and no replacement of toilet rolls.. My husband had to fix the lock on the balcony door as it wouldn't lock and when asked the chap to come and fix it he said he'd come the following morning but never turned up or got in touch.

Great pools and staff where lovely around pool and cleaning staff. Great onside facilities shop ice cream parlour bars

Very dated rooms and so noisy over run with dogs barking all night and owners don't pick up there dog droppings reception staff most unhelpful unfriendly staff to be front of house and don't speak English.

It was a good location. It was clean.

Reception staff not helpful Pillows on bed dreadful, the worse I have seen. No cleaners came in the 7 days we stayed. No change of linen or towels. We were informed first night if place was left untidy we would be penalised by 50€. I have stayed in many places and never had these issues.

Great location, very spacious for a studio apartment. Was on the 7th floor so a great view out to the sea. Easily accessible from the reception area to the lifts

Check in process was cumbersome. As it was a private apartment had to deal with vendor, who put us on to someone who then put us on to someone else who did not speak English. Boiler in apartment was also a little noisy

Location was brilliant, facilities at apartments very good. Pool was superb. Very close to everything central and transport links very good. Very quiet aswell which was great if u wanted out if hussle and bussle or like me easy stagger back from night out. Deffo recommend this as owners made it easy to check in check out with minimal fuss. For the price amazing value, will be back
