Never again. This is without question one of the worst accommodations we have ever experienced — not only in Karlovy Vary, but anywhere in the world. From the moment of arrival, the surroundings were extremely unpleasant, with overflowing rubbish bins and a general sense of neglect. The building itself is in a very poor condition — dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly shared with long-term residents in difficult social circumstances, which significantly diminishes both comfort and the overall feeling of safety. The overall atmosphere of the property was deeply unsettling and, at times, felt more akin to a neglected favela than any form of acceptable accommodation. The apartment appeared to have been unoccupied for quite some time. It was covered in dust, and the sofa and carpet were full of long pet hairs. Basic hygiene standards were not met, and essential toiletries — which are standard elsewhere — were completely absent. The level of dirt was such that we had to discard our socks immediately after walking inside — they were completely unusable. A major issue was the refrigerator, which was not functioning for several hours and only began working later in the night. Maintenance was only scheduled for the following morning, which is unacceptable for short stays. Noise levels were also highly problematic. The lift was in constant use, often requiring waits of 10–15 minutes, and there was significant disturbance from other occupants, including the continuous crying of an infant in a neighbouring flat for several hours without any apparent response. The terrace/balcony was unusable, effectively serving as a storage area for clutter. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. The property fails to meet even basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. We would strongly advise others to avoid this accommodation, and in our opinion, it should not be listed on platforms such as Booking.com.

Lage

Ubytovanie bolo super - príjemné, tiché, všetko nachystané, čisté, komunikácia príjemná a ústretová. Ja som na poslednú chvíľu ešte riešila úpravu rezervácie a nebol problém všetko dohodnúť. Bol to polopracovný a poloturistický pobyt - pre mňa všade blízko. Ubytovanie ma naozaj príjemne prekvapilo - určite sa tu ubytujem znova.

Lokalita ucházející. Předností tohoto konkrétního ubytování je, celkem v blízkosti centra města.

Stálý zápach na WC (jakoby po kouři z cigaret). Z kohoutku u umyvadla skoro netekla teplá voda a to až po určité době ale velice slabým tlakem. Příště bych volil dražší nabídku a tím i o kousek lepší byt. S ohledem na stáří objektu, bych zavřel obě oči. Chodba a hlavně vstup do domu - malá hrůza. Nabídka (foto) neodpovídala tomuto konkrétnímu bytu - byla jen ilustrační.
