Amazing place, right in the middle of everything and calm at night. Super clean, spacious, easy Check-in and friendly communication. Will definitely come back here.

Great location and silent floor. The view and balcony were a pleasant surprise

The elevator broke

The apartment is on the pedestrian street, with supermarket and stores next to it. It has all the facilities you need, for your stay, good heating and high quality wifi.

We used the elevator only once, afterwards it broke, this being an issue because the apartment is at 6th floor. If you travel by car, parking spaces near the location are reserved for residents, you have to park near the bus station, with 5 euro/day.

the host was unavailable. There was issues that the wrong apartment was provided. The heating was not able to turn down. the keys does not really fit and a lot of strength was needed. The host was not willingly to show up in person to solve the issue even it was requested a few times.

Apartment was large and spacious, Perfect location you have everything you need on your doorstep, loved the balcony, both TV's have a cable box but we didn't use as we don't speak Czech and there was a chromecast which meant we were able to stream english programming from our phones. The bed was perfect as it was very large and it was very comfortable. Niki who picked us up from the car parking space provided was very helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

Owner not present- had issue with oven not working and her staff member Niki was amazing as he did come out to have a look but could not fix the oven. Unfortunately the owner made the choice not to give us a suitable alternative and we were very disappointed about this as we were told that we would be given an alternative as we had spent money on food which we couldn't cook.
