Chose the apartment due to proximity to the beach. Loved the communal pool area and handy to have a shop nearby. Rooftop balcony was amazing. WiFi and being able to connect to own streaming channels was great (especially as a single parent) for the evenings!

Very disappointed there was no air con in the bedrooms, would not have booked the property had I known. Sofa wasn’t comfortable and the blankets covering the furniture in living room were annoying as they kept slipping off and sofa is past its expiry date. Drawers in living room fell apart when I opened the second one. The coffee table needed all legs tightened. Just run down in general but could be great with minimal expense.

Lovely roof terrace with sun most of the day.

Only provide us with one hand towel and one bath towel per person for 9 night stay. So had to use beach towel for showers while we washed their towels and waited for them to dry. Bus service not the most reliable waited for 15 bus at beach for 1 hour 40 mins before giving up ant taking number 3 bus at a different stop part of the way back. Advertised tourist train around Gran Alacant not now running.

Everything was Okey for our 2+2 family.

Communication with hosts was excellent before and during the stay. Lovely roof terrace.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, with plenty of dishes, good quality pots and pans, large fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle and microwave. The dining table inside was a bonus, as this gives the option for having a meal either indoors or outside on the roof terrace. The terrace upstairs was great. Plenty of closet space in the bedrooms and beds were comfortable. Wifi worked well. We had a car and parking was not a problem, as there is a private parking lot for use in this complex. Centrally located for visiting sights in and around Alicante, including historic towns and cities, castles, beaches and areas of natural beauty. The beach area of Gran Alicant is nearby and lovely. Small supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Large Mercadona, Lidl etc. a few minutes away by car. Our contact, Angela, was very helpful and responsive on WhatsApp. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The property was exactly what we wanted for our stay. Location very good and the roof top terrace was fantastic. Alone with the people who are organising the property who were very helpful.
