Chambers Apartment @ The Old Magistrates

Well appointed in the ideal location - had everything we needed and more. Jan and Ian were so welcoming and accommodating and the extra touches on arrival set the holiday off to the perfect start. We had a fantastic week and hope to return. Would not hesitate to recommend the apartment.

We arrived earlier than planned and it coincided with the owner finishing off and he handed us the keys with a smile and welcomed us. As we were unpacking he handed us a clean bed sheet to use in case it was too warm. It was the hot period end June when we arrived. The property felt cool inside although we did use the sheet and cover which was welcomed during the night. The owner was very helpful with advice etc. Location was superb as a base for the village but also the surrounding area.

Location was good. Parking was good. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The cooking equipment was limited (no jug to whisk eggs in for scrambled egg). The bathroom being the corridor from the lounge to the bedroom was awkward at times.

Excellent location, beautifully present, nice little touches to make it feel welcoming.

Very high standard and excellent location near the ‘heart’ of the betws y coed village. Enjoyed front garden area for relaxing in the sun early evening.

Wonderful hosts coupled with a pristine cottage . Ian and his wife greeted us and made us feel very welcome . They responded quickly to any minor problem.

A small thing but we would have appreciated more heat in the lounge and bathroom and less in the bedroom.

Lovely apartment in beautiful location. Betws-y-coed is such a charming village and a good place to base yourself to look around the surrounding area. We visited lots of hills and castles and saw some fantastic places in the surrounding area. The apartment is very well appointed with everything you need. Good Wifi and streaming services. Short walk to many restaurants and bars Thoroughly recommended.

The locaction was great. A most beautiful river to walk beside and watch the dog swim in.

It is a very cold building, but the heated blanket in the living room made up for it. It was a lovely snuggle.
