Appartement Borealis

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende mit drei Freundinnen. Die Aussicht vom Apartment war ein absolutes Highlight und hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich, selbst bei unserer späten Anreise hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Ein toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Standort war sensationell. Der Ausblick war toll. Fantastische Sonnenuntergänge.

Im Badezimmer könnte man die Beleuchtung und die Lage der Duschbrause verbessern.

Sehr sauber und tolle Aussicht

The location was just fantastic. The host was really friendly and she gave us very good suggestions for all our questions. The apartment was big and spacious and was neat and clean.

Unfortunately there were some things that needed attention. The TV was very old. There was no toilet paper, no pillow covers, no blanket covers, no hair dryer, no hand wash and no towels...which I think are very basic amenities.

location is very good, but the owner try everything to get more money from you, lots of additional hidden costs coming after you book the property, specially when its a non-refundable booking, the owner deducts 70-100€ from the cash deposit for cleaning fee which is not stated in the booking page, but you get a message letting you know that you as guest have to pay that. The owner asks for 250€ deposit in cash and doesnt provide proper receipt as she mentioned, she doesnt want to pay commission for cleaning to booking.com

the hidden costs and the brutal behavior of the owner. 16 € for blankets per person, 100€ cleaning fee will be deducted from your cash deposit, and unnecessary brutal behavior if you resist. no proper receipt of payment is provided.

Just the location was great.

The good reviews are all referred to the 6th floor..... When we arrived, the owner told us that there was a leak (water and electricity?!)so we couldn't access the apartment reserved, but we had do move to another building at the same condition, then she let us go back and forth with our luggage and our dog to another place, when she realized (entering this other apartment) that it was already occupied...so we had to go back to the actual apartment as suddenly there was no more leaks......not fair at all. The apartment is on the ground floor (which it should be specified on Booking as we thought that we were booking a 6th floor with all those pictures and we found out that was a ground floor only after the reservation was completed). The apartment was literally on the street with no opportunity to open the window as they don't provide the keys, so you can't change the air, and you can't enjoy the view and the sea sounds. The beds are totally uncomfortable, the pillows are just empty bags, and the blankets are all (we checked one by one) dirties. All these made our nights a nightmare as we felt uncomfortable and disgusted as we are not animals. The bathroom had some bad sewer air coming from the pipes. The heater was rusty. The toilet didn't even have toilet paper as we had to buy ours, walking 10 minutes to the closer grocery store. We had to clean everything by ourselves, but we had to wait a whole afternoon for the owner to bring us a piece for the vacuum cleaner as we realized we couldn't have cleaned the apartment. The sofa in the living is totally uncomfortable as well. You are basically seating on the floor. The apartment was totally unwelcoming (no coffee, no table cloth, not even a piece of fabric and cleaning supplies for the counter) which I understand that you have to bring everything..but these are basic products as I cannot buy full bottles of detergents at my expenses for only 3 days!!
