Clean, modern, spacious & quiet. Closer to the freeway, restaurants and supermarkets.

1. No signage of the accommodation. The accommodation is at the back of the owners private residence (cottage / back room setup). The house number was on the payment and not clear as it is superimposed. One has to figure it out from the sequence of house numbers in the area that are written on the pavements. I struggled to find the exact location as it was in the evening. 2. The owner called me in the afternoon for a ‘self-check in’ and said he will give me his wife’s number to assist with receiving me in the evening as he will not be around. As I was getting lost trying to locate the accommodation, I called the owner 4 times and texted him, and he didn’t answer his phone and I had no other alternative number as he did not send me his wife’s numbers. He didn’t even bother to return my calls or text me afterwards. I got lost and drove around a neighbourhood that I am unfamiliar with at night. Needless to say that I was frustrated and driving around at night exacerbated my frustration. 3. Bed too firm for my liking. 4. Some ants and small spiders crawling around. 5. Fridge makes loud sounds, a disturbance especially at night as it is very closed to the bed. 6. No desk or coffee table to work on. No stand for suitcases. 7. Extra daily charge for the apartment to be serviced if needed - this should be clearly stated in the Booking.com description. 8. No backup up power during loadshedding. Just a rechargeable light provided.

If they could at least put breakfast in the package it would've been nice
