The location was great

It was very small and a bit cramped for 4 people. The managers also wouldn’t respond to questions or communications through booking and insisted on only communicating through WhatsApp, even threatening that we may have check in issues if we don’t message on WhatsApp. Once I started communicating on WhatsApp, they wouldn’t answer any questions at all until I confirm that I would pay in USD cash. And even though foreigners aren’t supposed to pay taxes if they pay cash and show their passport (which we did), they still charged an extra $34 dollars in taxes. Before checkout, they told us that check out was 10am even though it was advertised as up to 12pm. It was all business and no care to the customer. I wouldn’t stay here again.
