Somente dois elevadores funcionando para uma demanda de hóspedes e também utilizados pela equipe de serviço com carrinho de limpeza. Resultado foi demora excessiva para usar o elevador, fechadura do quarto com dificuldade para abrir.

Limpeza.

Não foi de acordo com o anunciado e nem com a foto, seriam camas grande e foi oferecido 2 camas pequenas de solteiro e 1 casal. O ar condicionado não estava gelando, reclamei 2 vezes na recepção e não foi resolvido.
