Cozinha cheia de baratas pequenas , Wi-Fi não funciona direito, box do banheiro vaza a água toda e quando acaba o banho tem que puxar a água de dentro e fora do banheiro .

Muito tranquila, o fato de ser térreo e ter uma churrasqueira com uma cozinha ampla, foi bem satisfatório.

O banheiro está precisando de manutenção no piso, sempre que tô a banho a água vaza do box ou por baixo dos pisos que estão quebrados.
