big apartment , close to the beach and close to the restuarant

toilet not working and no water it can be noisy

I like two things about this property. The lady that checked us in was great and the location was really good.

Only one lid on the stove worked, the shower barely had any pressure , the water stopped working the first night and their wasn't enough chairs for 5 people to eat at the table.

Staff and location were great and the airconditioning worked. The bedrooms. *No aircon in the living room. The on site caretaker was wonderful and helped whenever possible. The manager Raul was incredibly helpful and was prompt to respond and repair items as needed.

This place is worth less than the low price we paid. It's super basic and everything is old and uncomfortable. TV was missing, beds were warped and saggy. From the front door to the bathroom things were in well worn and nothing like the photos depicted. The showerhead broke but was promptly repaired. The water just stopped working several times, once the whole island was out of water, other times it was just us. Drinking water is available but you have to go to the store and carry the giant jug up to the 3rd floor when it runs out. our family of four had to do this several times over our stay.

Excellent cleanliness and comfort.

The shower was just a drizzle.
