"Lovely clean comfortable house for family of four"

New and clean build. Comfy large beds with full ensuites in addition to separate downstairs toilet. Easy check in and code lock for door. 20 min walk into heart of City. BCR were exceptional with assisting us with left item and returning to us.

No upstairs cooling was very hot. Area was not great, whilst close to City, harboured noisy neighbours. Whilst accomodating four adults only three chairs at table (not major concern). Sofa was a fold out bed however was not the most comfortable for sitting.

Excellent location, almost walking distance to town, 15-20 min. Free on street parking, The large apartment is almost brand new, very classy and high quality. Fully equipped kitchen, two large bathrooms each with an excellent ensuite. Third toilet downstairs off lounge room.

Very modern, clean. This property is beautiful and highly recommend this to travelers to the garden city. The beds were so comfortable check in with access codes etc was easy, and the call desk kept us informed from the start. The bidet toilets🥰 (3) two upstairs and one down stairs. I want these toilets at my house🤣 Nga Mihi nui for our unforgettable holiday in Christchurch 💯
