Central Convenience on Armagh

Central to town and great facilities....warm and altho parking is tight people came and went regularly so we had no trouble finding a park close to facility.

This was my issue....remember to check email texts for non-contact admittance and departure ...I was a bit forgetful but we got through this part with not too much drama at all ...had I been more on the ball it would've been so easy

Location was central. It suited two couples travelling together. We could make breakfast and go out for the day. central to good food

The check in and check out could have been more timely. It relied on getting internet access in a timely manner which can be difficult whilst travelling.

Once the unit had warmed up, which took a few hours with the heat pump going full bore, it stayed a comfy, cosy temperature. It had Netflix and was the front unit nearest the street of many. An inquisitive local cat 'Biggles' came to visit, who turned out to have very sharp teeth and claws.

The ad had seemed to imply there was parking. But on closer reading there is no designated parking. Just on-street parking which is in hot demand by all the other street residents. Half the time we had to park quite a way away, round a corner on another street. It seemed some locals enjoyed taking up two spaces with their cars. Only 3 chairs for the dining table. Four of us. Only 3 breakfast bar stools. Both showers cubicles seemed to emit a sewage smell on our arrival. This varied over our 7 night stay. Sometimes terrible, sometimes mild. Possibly a sewage venting issue as the units are quite new. We would have preferred two single beds for our 2 kids in the other room, but knew that was not the case before arrival.

Beautiful apartment, clean, modern and close to the city. The property managers were also very accommodating and went out of their way when our heater wasn't working. Price was also very reasonable for what we got.

Parking was an issue and there was no heating at first.

The location was great and very central. It was clean and had a very good layout. The washer/dryer was very handy. The appliances and fittings were good quality.

The bins outside were full when we arrived, there was very little space to dispose of the rubbish. Also the sofa lounge was very uncomfortable at times.

communication, I asked if there was a facility to drop bags off before checking in and received no reply.

The oven didn't work. The parking was free but the street parking was horrendous. The worst part was the neighbours making noise at all hours and on Saturday night the noise had us away all night. There were 2 nights were people where crying and seeming to fight, in the street and as we didn't have aircon in the bedrooms and no fans it was necessary to have the windows open. Unit 1. Very very noisey. Plus the cars honing all night especially on weekends, up the street and chased by police!! burnouts at the lights and chased by police. The unit was very nice and comfortable close to the city, the the suburb and neighbours questionable for a an enjoyable stay. affected performance for a competition.
