La posizione: molto tranquilla, vicino al mare, a diversi servizi (supermercato, panetteria, bar) e a pochi passi dal centro cittadino. L'ampiezza della casa, arredata in modo funzionale. Piacevole l'affaccio sul cortile interno. Veronica molto gentile e accogliente.

Nonostante fossimo al piano rialzato, senza balconi, siamo riusciti a gestire bene anche la questione bucato e teli mare, utilizzando il piccolo stendipanni in dotazione. Un plus ulteriore sarebbe la lavastoviglie!
