"A peaceful, well-located property with welcoming hosts and everything we needed."

The owner greeted us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. The property is ideally located for easy travel around Invercargill, set in a quiet neighborhood with well-equipped accommodation. Loved the sweet provided in the room for free. ^ ^

Liebevoll eingerichtet. Heizung hat bei dem kalten Wetter auch gut funktioniert.

Leider kam beim Duschen nach einiger Zeit nur noch sehr heißes Wasser, als ob der Wasserdruck des kalten Wassers zu gering war.

Friendly and efficient. We have stayed 3 times and each stay has been good. They looked after a bag for us while we went to Stewart Island. Nothing flash, but reliable and comfortable

"Comfortable, excellent location and VERY CLEAN."

Steep stairs to access but solid handrail to assist. It looked liked ground floor rooms are there as well if preferrred. The accomodation was a reasonable size and we both note the cleanest motel apartment we have stayed in anywhere in New Zealand in the 20years living here. Cudos to the cleaner.

Nothing was disliked in the two nights we stayed there.
