First of all I cancelled my booking because my car broke down and my mother was rushed to icu. The owner told me that I would get a refund and would keep me updated but she did not anc blocked me on whatsapp. I never got my refund. I could not believed that people are so heartless!! I would advise anyone not to book there because the owner is a liar!! You cannot believe anything she is telling you

The owner went above and beyond expectation to ensure we had everything we needed. Proximity to the beach was fantastic.

Apartment No 3 isn't the best one to book - we didn't know this beforehand unfortunately. The apartment does not have the following facillities even though they are mentioned online.... NO PATIO/BALCONY NO SATELLITE CHANNELS - ONLY SABC + 1 MOVIE CHANNEL Won't say it has a kitchenette as there is no working surface or sink, even to make a sandwich. A bit OVERPRICED for the small apartment size, not having a sea view, limited range of TV channels, no patio/balcony, no kitchen sink or sandwich prep area. Otherwise, the hostess was a friendly lady and bottled water was provided for drinking. I would recommend that apartment no 3 gets priced lower or that the description of limitations be made clear online so potential customers are more aware of what they are choosing.
