Apartment is in a very central location. The apartment has an attached parking, very important in ZELL AM SEE Apartment with character, spacious, large bedrooms, nice balcony. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of. Plenty of knives, plates, glasses, pots and pans.

There was only one roll of toilet paper, for 4 people for 4 days. The scotch for cleaning the dishes was used, it costs very little to provide a new scotch for each rental. it is easy to find the key, if fabric will not play with you. At first we received wrong instructions to find the key, the apartment owner sent us to a non-existent address. Later we received new instructions, since the instructions were long, we didn't bother scrolling them to the end, we were sure that the first instructions were valid. We wasted precious time, and a lot of frustration, to find out that there is no such address. We called Fabrik, (if you don't have WhatsApp, it's a call to France) and he explained to us that the right place to find the key is in the second message. Fabrik stayed with us on the line, until we reached the key place, which is at the entrance of the building. Dear Fabrik, If you don't want to give the location of the key, before collecting the payment, just say that instructions will come later. Don't send tired tourists to non-existent addresses.

Very spacious, it was actually bigger than expected. Fully equipped kitchen. The host was very responsive, the check-in procedure was super easy and he gave us detailed information about everything. Location: fabulous, literally 200 meters from the city center. We had a great view from our room directly to the ski piste and it had a balcony too where you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch the mountains.

Some reviews stated that the furniture is old. I think it's not that old, but the whole apartment has a weird mix of styles. If you are particularly sensible about design and looking for a top of the art designer apartment, then this listing is not for you. Anyone else would be just fine as it is a comfortable, well equipped apartment.

The apartment is in the perfect location - right in the center of Zell am See. Also the equipment is fully satisfactional, bit older but everything clean, fully funtional and without any problems.
