Lovely studio apartment with balcony AC & wi-fi, minutes from downtown!

Julita was a great host, always ready to help or give you some tips. The apartment has all you need, comfy beds, nice balcony, big open closet and a little kitchenette. It’s only few minutes from the beach and center. I enjoyed my stay a lot and will be happy to come back again :)

The property was basic but really clean and just what we needed. Nice balcony to watch the world go by. It was quiet, felt nice to be in a local area and there was a handy shop, taco bakery just outside. Taxi rank right at the end of the road and lots of collectivos.

The floor tiles were cracked but they came to tape them up on arrival as we had a little girl. No hot water but that was listed and only annoying with a kid.

Location was great as expected.

Hot water was not available but showers in the afternoon or evening were pleasant.

Our apartment was lovely and bright and had everything we needed. The balcony was a big bonus.

It's a little noisy from the street, but it was also nice to watch life go by just below us on the balcony.

everything about the property was excellent if I was being really picky a long mirror in the bedroom would be good. There is a mirror in the bathroom, it’s not a showstopper

Bachelor was clean and bright with big tv that we can watch laying down on bed ( like home ) like the big balcony with table and chair

Noisy from the street but that is something we can’t control :(

My husband, dog and I really enjoyed this room. It was very clean, bright and cozy. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. It is a 5 min walk to all the action. The kitchenette had all you need to prepare a simple meal. It is in a lovely neighborhood just steps away from the tourist district. We would definitely return!!!
