Comfy 2Bedroom minutes from downtown & fast wi-fi

Apartment was very clean. Beds were good. AC was good. Van service (local transport) stopped right in front. Easy to walk to tourist centre. Wifi was good. Poorer neighbourhood but we enjoyed rubbibg shoulders with the locals - who were friendly.

Living room had no windows - totally without charm. No microwave. Entrance to building had broken lock so anyone could come in from the street. Apartment entrance door had "bathroom" type lock (low security). There was a deadbolt lock but the owner said there was no key available. Location is in a poorer neighbourhood (I felt OK but my partner did not feel safe). Only cold water in shower - not a big problem in a hot country.

La playa está a solo 5 minutos caminando. No tuvimos ningún problema para comunicarnos con el anfitrión; respondió de inmediato a todas nuestras dudas, lo cual fue muy conveniente. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y el ventilador de techo era potente, por lo que el alojamiento se enfriaba rápidamente y estuvimos cómodos y frescos durante los dos días. No tuvimos que pagar ningún costo adicional por el uso del aire acondicionado. No hay estacionamiento, pero dejamos el coche en la calle frente al alojamiento y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. Además, hay un supermercado justo enfrente, lo que hace muy fácil hacer las compras. Si se considera la relación calidad-precio, recomiendo hospedarse en este lugar

Nos hospedamos dos noches y solo se proporcionó una toalla por persona. Si esta es la política del alojamiento, parece necesario traer toallas propias. Además, aunque las toallas olían a recién lavadas, estaban muy sucias y resultaba incómodo usarlas. En este lugar no hay jabón, por lo que también es necesario llevarlo. La ventana de la sala estaba rota, lo cual nos sorprendió bastante. Dicha ventana daba al pasillo, por lo que nos sentimos inseguros en cuanto a la seguridad. Por esa razón, la cubrimos con una bolsa de plástico negra durante la estancia. Uno de los controles remotos del aire acondicionado estaba descompuesto, así que tuvimos que encenderlo y apagarlo de manera manual. Esto fue inconveniente, ya que a veces no encendía ni apagaba correctamente, y además nos preocupaba que al hacerlo de esa forma el aire acondicionado pudiera dañarse

Las camas son muy cómodas, las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, en el apartamento encontramos utensilios de cocina y trastes. El apartamento estaba limpio y es seguro.

The hosts were great, easy to contact and addressed any concerns. Was within a short walk to the beach and Centro. There was also a Taxi stand at the end of the street.

The open ventilation of the building allows smoke and noise to travel from the main entrance into this particular suite

Very clean and cozy. Very close to down town and stores right downstairs. Family friendly and nice and quiet at night. Julita was very kind and highly recommend. Would stay here again without a doubt.

The furniture! This property owner needs to UP Their game! It is advertised for 4 people but there is only 2 chairs in the eating area and the horrible couch can only fit 2 people!

Nice apartment with comfy beds. Convenience stores close by.

There was a bad smell in the kitchen.
