Nelíbil se nám přístup hostitele k hostům.Chtěli jsme přijet o chvíli dříve,ale bylo nám to zamítnuto.Po příjezdu nebyl nikdo na recepci,ani klíče od pokoje.Majitel jsme museli telefonicky hledat.Ubytovat nám bylo umožněno až po zaplacemí. pobytu.Na recepci byl platební terminál,ale platba musela být v hotovosti.Po zaplacení nám nebyl vydána Kurtkart,přestože byla zaplacena.Toto nám komplikovalo pobyt,zejména v infocentru kde jsem byli zakoupit PassauRegioCard.V budově nebyl nikdo s kým věci řešit.Komplikace nastali i při platbě za psa.Při nástupu nebyl požadovaný žádný poplatek..V průběhu pobytu jsme byli telefonicky opakovaně vyzývání k zaplacení poplatku.Toto jsme chtěli udělat,ale v objektu k předání peněz nikdo nebyl.V poslední den pobytu nám majitel bez našeho vědomí provedl platbu naší kartou peníze z z našeho účtu!!!Budova nemá výtah a k pokoji vede 35 schodů. Všechny informace byly pouze v němčině, vzhledem k tomu, že tam jezdí poměrně dost Čechů, bych očekávala i informace v českém jazyce.
