PTSpacious, quiet, very comfortable and well-equipped apartment. High quality building with full security. Includes private car park and a washer + dryer (and detergent, which is not always the case). Large swimming pool, and a gym that we didn't use. For us, the location was perfect. We had a car to go around, and a Grab to downtown George Town (driving / parking there is a nightmare) was a very cheap fare. Shopping center / supermarket across the street, and a larger shopping / dining complex a very short walk away. We truly enjoyed our stay and send our warmest thanks to Khim and Rose who were so helpful. Strongly recommended.

MYProperty is clean, location is covenience, easy access to grocery and food, ocean view is good. Person incharge is friendly. Bed is comfy we all have good sleep.
shower room can be more clean, there are some black thing on the floor. Sofa abit not comfortable.
