A recepcionista e zeladora que me receberam foram bastante gentis e solícitas. A localização do apartamento é boa, mas é preciso ficar com a cortina fechada constantemente, pois o prédio é de frente para outro apartamento.

Infelizmente a academia do prédio estava em manutenção, e essa comodidade foi o que motivou minha reserva.
