The studio was very clean well equipped with everything u need and organized the view from balcony amazing on the main street and sea side everything walking distance coffee shops restaurants supermarkets parking free around the owner is very nice very responsive i loved my stay felt home i ll definitely come back

I didn’t like that i couldn’t extend as it was fully booked 😂

Nice place to stay. There are supermarkets, shops, and restaurants all around the building, including a few Indian restaurants. The beach is within walking distance, which is very convenient. Highly recommended!

Located right across the road from Bonanza Square, a few minutes walk to the beach and 15 minute walk from the marina, this apartment is in the perfect location. The apartment was spotless on arrival and the host Adrienn is super lovely. The apartment has everything you need from toiletries and coffee tea salt pepper cooking oil etc to get you started and a decent babyliss hairdryer for us ladies. There’s also reclining deckchairs / sun beds on the balcony to use by the pool as it’s 4 euros per bed per day if you choose to use the ones by the pool. The apartment is located just behind reception up a couple of steps so a perfect spot for the afternoon / evening sun on the balcony. Everything was fabulous and we loved our stay in Minerva 32. Great value for money and didn’t feel cramped in the studio apartment as bigger than most hotel rooms. Would highly recommend.

Property was small but modern, spotlessly clean and had everything that was needed in an apartment. It was a great wee room. Fabulous gardens , very well maintained. Parakeets were lovely to watch. Location is only a short distance from the airport train service. Worth a walk to find the authentic Spain. Traditional food and cultures are there to be found but you just need to see past the touristy areas first.

The apartment was within a very large complex which was having building work just along from the room so it was noisy. ( main reception area and also at the lifts on our floor) . I had been notified of the main pool was under repair so that couldn’t be used, but I was aware of that and that didn’t bother me. I was not informed of the other building work. Also the verandas were very close to each other at both sides and above so conversation was not so private and it was annoying when people were being loud. I had specifically wanted a peaceful time to de stress from work.

Thoroughly enjjoyed our stay, met and shown everything with ease on our arrival, The apartment is lovely and spotlessly clean. Everything we needed for our stay was provided including a welcome drink. The location is excellant, halfway between Arroyo De La Miel and the coast, opposite is Bonanza Square.

My only small grumble is, I wear glasses and there is nowhere to put them, apart from the floor at night.

Part of the pool and garden was closed for our entire stay also the complex charges for the use of sun-beds. There was also a lot of building work going on in the complex.
