Very friendly and helpful staff

The construction works going on daily causing a lot of noise and the pool area was closed off I was led to believe I had a private pool only to have to use one at another facility and had to pay fior sun lounger daily that should have been free

The room was ok but lovley area

The sofa bed was so uncomfortable it needs a proper bed as we were there for 2 weeks and woke up with bad backs

Location was just where i wanted to be . While there it was a quiet stay . The crockery in particular was the cleanest i have ever seen although not new ! I had no issues to deal with and had no need to contact host or other . A simple thing maybe but it was SO GOOD to have a nice chilled bottle of water left in the fridge for my late arrival . I also really liked the washing machine , so good on a 30 minute cycle for quick refresh of bedding or the like ! I took a photo to see if i could find the model in uk .

I am elderly with a problematic back so the unfolding of the couch / bed was also problematic , but managed ok . I make at least 4 or 5 trips out to Benalmádena / Cadiz / Barcelona / Alicante / Malaga / Nerja & elsewhere in Spain often to small studio’s and while still functional i did find the lay out awkward in the kitchen space . I think suitable for warming foods in combination with /micro , not much scope if like me you like to cook — you have to go utensils if fussy like me ! A couple of nice knives but blunt ! There only so much i can pack into hand luggage but maybe take sharpening tool next trip . I’d bought other things for kitchen i knew i could use at home ( sorry took them home !)

Everything is nice , clean and new. The apartment itself is modern and ok for the value and area

Last minute 40 euro cleaning fee not normal on Booking. This led me to wait for the key 3 hours until 2 companies argue over the already paid accommodation . This is not acceptable, and the client doesn't have to suffer from your mistakes. Do better.

Very clean apartment in a really nice neighbourhood, which was very close to all amenities. Extremely secure with 24hr reception. Highly recommend.
