Benalbeach Costa

Un séjour parfait à Benalmádena ! L’appartement était très bien situé, propre, confortable et parfaitement équipé pour passer des vacances sans souci. La piscine, la proximité de la plage et des commerces ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un immense merci à Verónica, toujours disponible, réactive et d’une grande gentillesse. Son accueil chaleureux et sa bienveillance ont vraiment fait la différence. On se sent comme chez soi grâce à elle. Je recommande cette location les yeux fermés, et j’espère revenir très bientôt !

Nothing was open.

Booking says there is an indoor pool and jacuzzi, but there is not. It’s closed. No ocean view either. No casino. Just a basic small studio. Wish I wouldn’t have booked, but what are you going to do when you’ve been lied to?

The host was great. She gave us a lot of information about the room and area and quickly answered any questions. The apartment was like a hotel room with a kitchen so a little smaller than I was expecting, but having the kitchen with a refrigerator was nice. The location was right near the beach and restaurants/shops. The pool is awesome, especially the swim-up bar. ;)

Getting around the complex is a maze! Our friends were in another "block" and we had a very hard time finding their room. It didn't help that there is more than one apartment with the same room number.

Location wise it was great - lots of very good restaurants nearby and beach handy too. We used the pool area every day - very big with lots of things for the kids too (play area etc). The loungers are 4 euros each but well worth it. Our unit was smallish but had nice roomy balcony.

It is a very confusing complex - not sign posted much - on several levels and luckily we were near supermarket so was able to find it but I dont think I have ever seen so many confused people looking for pool/ reception etc ..and reception very unhelpful (seems to be private owners) and no maps to indicate where things are ..

Had to pay to use sun beds around the pool

We liked everything. Apartment was small but very functional and had everything we needed, bed was extremely comfortable which is rare. Excellent location, very close to the beach plenty of shops, bars and restaurants , fantastic stay!

Didn't like that we had to leave😁
