Rusita messaged us several times before arrival to ensure we were traveling safely and to confirm the location and key collection and followed up with caring messages about our comfort after arrival and upon departure. We were assisted with luggage and settled into our room. When a minor problem arose with the aircon remote it was promptly attended to.

No toiletries in the bathroom. We returned from overseas with minimum toiletries and usually find sufficient toiletries in guest houses. I'm sure it would have been supplied if we had asked, but we were simply too exhausted. WiFi available, but cumbersome procedure to obtain the password. I suggest this is pasted on the router or somewhere in the room.
