Locatie en hygiëne was dik in orde Winkels - parking - bakker enz...dichtbij

Badkamer was klein.

Location & instructions were good.

There were a number of issues. 1. Towels that were an extra cost smelt bad, were very old & extremely small. Only hand towel sized towels were provided as bath towels. 2. The main bed is worn out, lopsided, very noisy with every small move and the there were long dark hairs on the mattress cover before we made our bed. The pillows also need replacing as the filling is all bunched. 3. There is insufficient hanging space for wet towels & insufficient ventilation in the bathroom so nothing could dry. 4. The contact pads on the underside of the toilet seat is broken & it needs to be replaced. 5. The sink plug isn’t attached to the sink basket & is mouldy underneath. 6. There is a build up of hair in the sink waste. 7. The cutlery & crockery was dirty with old food scraps still stuck on it. 8. The cutlery drawer had debris & hair in it. 9. The ceiling lights in the living area strobe / flicker so we had to keep them turned off. 10. The vacuum cleaner smelt terrible when used & the cleaning cupboard smelt mouldy. 11. Hand soap dispenser was empty. 12. There was rotten instant coffee in an old jar in the kitchen. 13. The kettle was filthy inside, full of water scale & unusable.

Close to EVERYTHING!

Building more noisy than expected.

Excellente situation

Check-in without contact, very practical. Ideally located. On the ground floor, very practical with children. Owner allowes an extra child at no additional cost, which is certainly appreciated by large families. Ten points for the apartment itself, however one point deduction for the complexity of bail deposit handing, and a vast booklet of house rules, and instructions and late receipt of information.

Too hot in the rooms. Hard to do anything about it , as you are on the ground floor of the frequented street. Windows can't be left widely open.
