La ubicación muy buena. Cerca de todo.

Había pérdidas de agua en el baño y en la cocina. Se nota la falta de mantenimiento de la grifería. Una pena xq el lugar, por más que era pequeño, estaba confortable. El horno eléctrico no era muy bueno, costaba mucho cocinar.
