1. Maindoor lock not functioning except the knob 2. No wardrobe in masterbed room 3. TV too small 4. Small living area as it combined with the kitchen 5. No cafe/ restaurant in silverpark resort 6. Should have food trucks in the resort 7. Many empty unit, feel too quite 8. No water filter machine like cuckoo 9. Dont feel like in a resort, more likely in just a normal residential area

The place was clean and presentable. Host was friendly and responsive to all my questions and requests.

I would have rated this place higher had I not been let down by a few issues:- 1. The pictures shown in booking.com were not accurate. What made me pick this place to the others in the same location was because it looked really nice. The hanging swing in the picture made me decide on this place as my daughter loved it very much and was looking very much forward to it. However, we were really disappointed when we arrived to find that the place did not exactly match the pictures shown and the swing was not even there. Host explained that this was an issue with booking.com mixing all the pictures from her other hosted locations. While the reason may be valid on the host's side, it is still sad to say, a bit of false advertising on the customer's side regardless of whom is responsible. This misinformation led me to make the decision to pay more for this place rather than the other lower priced locations I had shortlisted. 2. Water heater did not work on one of the two bathrooms. Host explained that the cold weather may have caused this and since it uses instant heaters, they were not strong enough to heat the water. Since the repair man was unable to resolve this issue, it was quite an inconvenience to us, as all of us had to rely on the other bathroom, which had hot water, during our 5 days of stay. 3. The induction cooker did not work. The repair man took a look at it and said he will report it to the management but he did not revert back after he left.

Location was good

Towels were stained. We had booked two apartments, the shower in one apartment barely had any hot water or very little water coming through.

Love the interior of the apartment. Nice healing spots.

Don't like when the staff didn't check properly what you provided in the room; where you deduct the security deposits on the 2nd pack of scones but we didn't receive any scone in the apartment at all. Please check with the customer first & check properly before you deduct any fee to your customer. Good things you give the money back after argument & you apologies due to your mistakes. Furthermore, you offer 2 pack of scones for our next future stay.

Nice apartment! Very stylish, in nature, yet one to food court

The neighbours were noisy and there was only a small barrier between our balconies... You could see and definitely hear each other
