Water heaters were not working even after 15minutes

Responsive staff. Clean towel and linen. Chick design. Can accommodate group of 15.

Moss near kitchen wash basin. Fine print charges, rate not lumpsum. Cleaning fees charges separately yet require own trash handling out of unit. Published rate was not honoured and clarified as wrong rate, which i agreed to pay. The price paid should be full trash handling service. It is not really suitable for large group as there is "no noise" policy from 10pm. Also, there is no grill allowed and no barbecue at the balcony. Barbecue pit is available at a distance from the unit at separate charges. Bed comfy, but bedframe was a bit worn out and got sound when move. Curtain mouldy.

1. The cleanliness of the apartment. 2. Modern minimalist concept. 3. The pleasant and smooth requests to the coordinator and housekeeper. 4. Sufficient hotwater. 5. Complimentary scones 6. New towels and floor mats were given for the next day. 7. All appliances were working well. 8. Connecting balconies, great for big families having a family of 12 pax. 9. Yellow parking lots were available at the block House itself. 10. Iron and ironing board available upon request which we did request. 11. 2 apartments facing opposite each other, like having a neighbour in front. 3 rooms each. Masterbed room with toilet and 2 queen beds, another 2 rooms with queen beds each with one of them having a balcony. 12. Common toilet was in the mini passageway.

1. No mirrors in all of the rooms. 2. No wardrobe available to hang extra clothes except for 1 in the passageway to the rooms. 3. Location for television is on the counter top for kitchen isn't ideal. 4. Hanging lights is too low and blocking the television.l and a low head safety clearance. 5. To replace dining bench to sofa in order to watch television comfortably. 6. Floor power plug is a safety tripping hazard located under one of the dining table nearing to the balcony, need to be relocated. 7. Common toilet locks need to improve. Slot in locks on a dual bi-fold doesn't work. It still can be open easily. I was doing my business in the toilet when my brother opened the door even though I locked it. 8. To have heaters/warmers in the apartment to assist in the really cold weather of 16°C
