"Don't keep this room even as a option.They don't give room , even after booking prior."

Total shitty behaviour of the staffs. I booked the appartment 2 days prior. But after reaching the destination they denied the service telling "They have guests already in that room". Even after showing the booking confirmation, they spoke like illiterates. Waste of time and waste of energy.

Staff behaviour Unorganised booking stuffs.

Had a very pleasant stay with my family and children on the way to Kodaikanal hills on the 23rd night. The property location was beautiful, calm, and perfect for a relaxing family stay away from the busy town. The property owner’s approach and hospitality were excellent. Very kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable and cared for like guests at home. The caretaker was supportive and available whenever needed. Rooms were clean and suitable for families with children. Overall, it was a peaceful and memorable experience. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable homestay experience near Kodaikanal.

Room view is ok..

Similar power cut.. No Power Back up.. We stayed with kid. There was a power failure.. there is no power back like Genset and UPS.. The bathroom geyser is not working.. literally our stay is horrible..

Sometimes it will be hard to reach there because of traffic but it is an wonderful location you can see sunrise value for money nice stay and on thing is sofa bed it doesn't have pillow and itzz is small 6 ft person cannot sleep very well but the stay is super recommended for family
