Ferienwohnung Wiesengrund

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir haben dort fünf Nächte verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Rheinregion ( Loreley od. Konstanz )

Sehr schöne ländliche Unterkunft, sauber und für Familien zu empfehlen. Wir haben die meisten Dinge gar nicht benutzt, da wir ein straffes Programm hatten und die Unterkunft lediglich zum schlafen und frisch machen benutzt haben. Dusche/Bad sehr angenehm und sieht alles sehr neu aus.

Mallgré le problème de la langue, c'est la gentillesse de la propriétaire qui nous attendait pour nous remettre la clé. Le lieu est très spacieux, clair, on s'y sent très bien tout de suite...une grande place de stationnement sur un parking privé....Nous avons passé 3 bonnes nuits grâce au silence total, c'était Super!

Good beds and equiped kitchen. If you are interested in industrials, the sight and sounds of the closeby kalk factory and enourmous trucks crossing the nearby road, is great!

We were suppose to stay for three nights, but once taking place at the living room in the eveving we noticed an intense smell. We were thinking about the smell of a cat, but it might be something else. The next morning we directly contacted the host about the smell. Instead of thinking about a solution, our complaints were denied. After contacting booking.com we were advised to ask for a shortened stay, booking.com arranged this request for us. Instead of considering our request, the host found it necessary to file a complaint about us, because we made "a big mess" of the kitchen. Yes, we used the kitchen for preparing one diner and one breakfast, ofcourse there would be some crumbs of bread and some traces after using the stove. But when we left after one night we cleaned the pans by hand and turned on the dishwasher for remaining dishes. Anyway, hospitality at Ferienwohning Wiesengrund is very disapointing. Listining to custumors feedback and wishes should be the main characteristic of a decent host. Denying your guests and making unfounded complaints is very very very shameful. Booking.com agreed with us and partly compensated us for the experienced discomfort
