Fiquei duas horas e meia em uma fila sem almoço para não perder a vez e o hotel não liberou o acesso nem ao restaurante de forma paga para que a gente pudesse pelo menos almoçar, tive que estacionar o carro a quase um 1km e ir a pé pq também não deixaram estacionar no hotel. Ou seja perdi todo o dia só para entrar no quarto. Não tinha água no quarto fui tentar comprar de noite e não tinha na recepção para fornecer tive que dormir com cede pois já era tarde.
