Great accomodation and great location. Very hospitable hosts who went out their way to help us with special requirements.

Lovely comfortable apartment, just round the corner from the huge Christchurch playground which is awesome if you have young kids (be prepared to be hounded about going daily!)

Definitely will be booking this place again on my next visit to Christchurch. It has everything you could want, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, lounge room, balcony and single lockable garage. The 2 bathroom were well appointed and the water pressure fantastic. Enjoyed the nespresso pod machine every morning though you are spoilt for choice with the many delicious cafes/restaurants on offer. The property is within walking distance to all the main attractions. I would note if you have mobility issues there are a set of internal stairs from the garage to main living floor (fine for us). WiFi connection is strong and the chocolates and popcorn welcome gift was a nice touch. You can tell Rachel and Troy gave careful consideration when designing this property, very chic.

Urban Retreat was comfortable, cosy, close to downtown Christchurch (within walking distance) and the hosts were very responsive and checked in to ensure our comfort. There were snacks (sweet and savory) on arrival, the beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and there were detailed instructions on how to access property and how to and where to around the property. It was also close to a huge playground with a water park for kids (my little one loved it!)

The location was perfect - able to walk to the city easily. Quiet location - no street noise. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom. The little snacks provided were a great bonus.

Space was limited, which I realise is the nature of a townhouse. Nothing major, just limited space for luggage in bedrooms, and the dining table was small.

Absolutely beautiful, well maintained, everything you could possibly need! Easy access, private, comfortable & spacious. And a great location. Rachel was so lovely & easy to chat to & she went out of her way to accommodate our needs.

Perfect location and property is amazing! Everything you could need. One of the best stays we have had throughout New Zealand. Recommend highly! We could not fault this place.
