The location. Cool space.

Jacuzzi tub not clean. Cleaning lady came in 10/12 minutes til and asked repeatedly if we were done when we were just making sure checklist was complete.

Great location. Spacious apartment. Staff was quick to address issues when raised.

One shower required attention so that we could have got water, but was fixed the day it was brought up.
