I was surprised by the additional utilities available inside unit i.e. not just a hair dryer available but also hair straightener! Detergent etc provided for washing machine and dishwasher as well as air freshener, additional towels and beach towels to name just a few. it made our stay exceptional. Host was awesome.

Centrally located, the views, comfortable beds, easy check in. We even checked in hours before the scheduled check it time. We could easily walk to beach and back. Resturants nearby. Amazing views from morning to evening. I can go on and on...but perfect Penthouse.

Some street noise but given the prime location is to be expected. The beach is in your lap. Grocery and restaurants close by. He’ll even make your dinner reservations. With questions he is SUPER RESPONSIVE QUICKLY. Beautifully decorated and well stocked linens etc.
