Very clean and nicely equipped apartment. Very quiet at night.

Location bit remote from downtown, but close to ski lift and also close to Kaprun Glacier.

Comfortable with lots of room and high quality equipment.

Spatial and well equipped (for 5 people there was plenty of space, 2 more would still fit in), Nice views over the window. Pretty quiet. Summer card was a great advantage - was really helpful. It was quite clean.

Public transport was bit further that we suspected, but still not that far to consider it as disadvantage (bus stops are quite close, but depending on direction you are going, not all are useful).

Everything was great!

Situated in beautiful location with serene surroundings. We could travel easily to top of Salzburg, groslockner, Innsbruck, kristelwalten . Property was very clean and host was excellent. Groceries next to the property . Zell am zee card which was provided was very useful in going to various spots . We could go to top of Salzburg without any cost due to that .

My children 5 and 9 really liked the place. There is a private playground next to the building and soccer goal, trampoline and swings. Although not in the heart of Zelamsee. It’s less than 5 min drive from the main services groceries, restaurants, fastfood, and gas stations. They provide zee Lam see summer card which saved us a lot. Free car parking. Laundry. Terrace are a plus. The host is responsive. Her husband was helpful to bring the luggage upstairs. They have different apartments to accommodate groups of 4 to 8 people.

Would be good to have an air cooler in hot summer days.

Very Clean Exceptional view from balcony The owner were very nice and very cooperative It has all what i need ( toilets ,kitchen tools ,etc )
