Flat completo de tudo que uma casa precisa! Com ar condicio super limpa organizada e aconchegante, Ótima piscina pena que choveu e a água tava muito gelada kkk. Muito próximo da orla,farmácia e padaria.

a bucha do vaso estava rachada e vazando Rejunte do banheiro e do chuveiro está solto TV antiga/ ruim ( não permite emparelhar cel e nem instalar aplicativos de TV) recomendo trocar por TV smart TV LG 42” Suite casal sem TV Controle da TV está Velho com algumas telas travando Apto sem pano de chão(entregue após o checkin) Sanduícheira e air fraey suja e cheirando a peixe. Lâmpadas da cozinha fracas quase queimando Fogão, só uma boca boa 100% 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 vcs precisam melhorar mais.
